Southland Finance, Inc., the Athens-based finance company, has officially opened the doors to a new branch here in Cleveland at 3850 Keith St. NW, near Chick-fil-A, Food City, and Title Max. The locally-owned finance company offers loans for automobiles, boats and recreational vehicles; medical emergencies; and vacation and personal expenses as well as providing debt consolidation.
